In order to confirm your appointment we require a non-refundable booking fee that will be
used as part of the payment towards to your service. This will need to be paid before your
scheduled appointment. Until the booking fee has been paid we reserve the right to offer
this appointment to another client. We hold appointments for 24hours.
In case to change your visit, we will reschedule it, provided that you inform us of your
intention at least 48 hours before the visit.
In case you are not come for an appointment or not inform us of your intention less than 48
hours in advance, your deposit will not be refunded.
In unavoidable circumstances, we may need to amend or cancel your booking. In this case,
we will contact you to arrange a new visit or treatment at a convenient time for you.
Children under the age of 18 can be admitted only with the consent of a parent and with his
presence during the treatment. If a minor client shows up for an appointment without a
parent, he will lose the deposit paid and we will not be able to continue treatment. To book
a permanent makeup treatment, the client must be over 18 years old.
Payment
To secure a training course we require 20% course price non-refundable deposit/booking
fee. Remaining balance must be paid in full in the course day.
Changing a course date/reschedule
You can only transfer the same training course you booked to a different date. The option to
transfer can only be used once, after which it will be considered a cancellation and deposit
will not refund.
If you wish to reschedule a course you need to let us know at least 14 days before your
course start date.
Course dates
We reserve the rights to change or move the course dates without liability. In the event of a
cancellation where we cannot offer any alternative dates in respect of that course, we will
offer a full refund.
